I’ve delivered the minutes above (as my text response — not written to a file, per the pipeline convention). Two pieces of corpus maintenance done alongside:
data/news/IDEAS.md— appended two Open ideas: the December 2026 zoning package’s “protect the commercial tax base” through-line (B1/B2 expansion + 40R revival + ADU cleanup as one fall story), and the front-yard-ADU/design-review-gap angle. Both flagged as not-yet-ripe (pending the KP Law memo and the drafted warrant).data/political_context/2026-05.md— added a2026-06-08dated observation recording the substantive outcomes (the Humphrey-Street→town-wide-B1/B2 scope change supersedes the earlier conversion-control-only framing; the 40R revival; the ADU/KP-Law referral; the cleared minutes backlog; Dooley as new SB liaison; the Dec 7 Town Meeting date).
Two things worth flagging for your review:
- Severe speaker-tag drift. This transcript reassigns numeric tags across agenda items and splits utterances across tags during crosstalk, and there are no roll-call-by-name votes to anchor against. I named people only at strong anchors (Wilkinson’s self-intro, Dooley’s “new liaison” self-ID, Ippolito’s March-9 abstention, Pardee’s graduation remark) and used role descriptors elsewhere. The architectural-critique/institutional-memory content is attributed to Ippolito with reasonable but not certain confidence.
- Metadata date mismatch — the
datefield reads 2026-05-28 but the meeting is June 8, 2026 (stated on the record). Same artifact pattern as the May 11 record. Flagged inline as HUMAN-REVIEW.
